The rooms are in a manorial old building anno 1908, which is used as multi-family house with offices. The big forest near by and the river Rhein make the "Lindenhof" one of the most beautiful districts of Mannheim. Bakery and shopping center are close by.

Conveniently placed as regards transport facilities, quiet location close to the center of Mannheim (to the main station 3 minutes by tram or 12 minutes on foot, from main station to city center 5 minutes on foot). 200m to the tram stop.
All points of interest in the city center are close by. The close located river Rhine and the famous recreation area Waldpark (forest) make the „Lindenhof“ to one of the most beautiful districts of Mannheim and invite you to expanded walks, riding the bike or roller-skating.
